Deenie Pacik, a Boston artist, has spent nearly a decade working with fused glass and stained glass She studied at Pilchuck Glass School and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. At the Museum School, she received the MFA Enterprise Design award, as well as an Institutional Grant and the Katherine Lane Weems Endowed Grant. Deenie uses glass as a canvas for her paintings, and continually incorporates improvisation and experimentation into her work. She encourages her students to explore their different interests, take chances and follow their own voice.
